Mental Health Therapy
The therapy space can be beneficial for a wide variety of reasons. Having a licensed professional to bounce ideas off of and an objective, safe space to explore thoughts and feelings is helpful for any adolescent and individual.
Therapy can be helpful if we are experiencing any of the following life circumstances:
-change through life transitions
-confusion/difficulty in our relationships
-grief as a result of any loss such as loosing a loved one, a job, a separation in a relationship
-stress related to career choices/academia
-increased anxiety/depressive symptoms
-difficulty with parenting/co-parenting
All individuals can benefit from the therapy space. We do not have to wait for crisis to reach out and add therapy into our self care routine. Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health.
